Cruise lines always give much priority in creating a community between the passengers on board and the crew, which it holds in high esteem. Therefore, even though Crystal Symphony has undergone major refurbishment quite often, the fervor, still remains intact.
Many places in crystal symphony have undergone transformation to make it in to a sophisticated social place. The casino has been remodeled; the Bistro cafe redecorated and the atrium shops are all new. The décor of the state rooms in the cabins are more boutiques like rather than a luxury crew ship.
The walls in Starlite club are new and add more contemporary touch, without compromising on its essential ambience. Crystal is the only cruise line that has assigned dining times and table mate and the restaurant people are very thoughtful in accomplishing, without any complaints from passengers, making it perfect.
The service of the staff is consistently superb, to complement the quality of cuisine. All the three meals have elaborate menus, including light choices and vegetarian options. The afternoon tea on crystal symphony is a pleasant ritual which cannot be afforded to be missed. Each restaurant has its own list of wines and has good markup on wine by the glass and bottle.
There is a two storey atrium on public rooms with a waterfall with crystal cove lounge at its center so that people can watch before dinner. There are a dozen computer terminals with internet access; WI fi connections are also available throughout the ship.
There are three self serve laundry facilities. Originally, crystal symphony had no inside cabins but now the cabins are refurbished and are decorated well with different color scheme in every floor. Entertainment programs, in which, passengers can participate in classes of art, history and wellness are arranged. The facilities for kids are limited on crystal symphony.
