Carnival elation is one of the cruise ships in the carnival fleet of ships that are used in holiday cruising in the Pacific and one of the first ships to be equipped with a technology that allows the ship to move in any direction without having to use propellers. Just like its name suggests, one is bound to be elated in a cruise aboard Carnival Elation. It also subscribes to a theme that they call Muses Who Inspire Artists.
Carnival Elation, just like all carnival ships cruise to various exciting coast lines and ports giving the holiday makers memorable and breathtaking destinations to enjoy themselves. This is however not the only reasons why many people choose to cruise aboard the Carnival Elation.
This cruise ship houses a lot of exciting activities and fun. It has a 9-hole mini golf course for the lovers of golf to play. In the elation are three swimming pools where one can enjoy a nice swimming activity as well as enjoy basking in the sun. It is also equipped with waterslides adding more fun to the water lovers. For those who are keen on their keeping fit, there is a jogging track for them and a volleyball pitch for the game lovers.
Carnival Elation also has an internet cyber lounge that the travelers can use to communicate back home, send pictures and all that. There is eve a photo gallery for them to sample. This is without mentioning that there are camps for the children, special areas for the adults among other exciting phenomena.
The main dining rooms serve excellent dishes, guests are allowed to eat when one feels like and feature a wide range of diet. For those who wish to have a drink, there are lobbies, bars and lounges where one can enjoy a drink. The night life is even more fun, there are dance floors and music of all kind. Casinos are available for those who wish to try their luck. Rooms are excellent and spacious.

Great time on Carnival Cruise Lines Ship Carnival Elation
Carnival Elation was my first cruise trip and I was quite excited about it. The checking in was quick easy as we had no problem in boarding Carnival Elation. We were directed to our cabin on deck 6 and I was just amazed to see the exquisite beauty of the cruise. Our bed was extremely comfortable, the cabin was quite clean and it provided us a plenty of storage area. First, we went to the shower, which provided us exotic shampoos and a body gels for a refreshing bath. The television had various channels and we loved the football match during the football season. We could also see some newly released movies on our TV everyday.

Carnival Elation has three pools: The main pool on the Lido deck, aft pool and a kiddie pool. On our first day of the cruise, the water was warm and weather was wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed the waterslide many times that was a real fun. There are plenty of bars on this ship and the bartenders served us greatly. My husband was really happy with the selection of beer out of which we enjoyed Sam Adams, Pilsner Urquel and Boddington’s. As far as food is concerned, there are two dining rooms on the deck 8, along with a sushi bar and a pizza station. Lido Grill provides good veggie burgers and hamburgers.

The waiters at the dining room are helpful and we had interesting conversations with our table mates at a table for 10. The menu has a nice selection and the chocolate melting cake and pumpkin soup were just awesome. Carnival Elation Service is excellent, juice, lemonade and ice tea are free while sodas, alcohol and bottled water cost extra. Cabin stewards are prompt with cleaning and the room service is free.

The spa rooms are nice and the gym has quality new equipments. It has adequate cardio, weights and we benefited with Pilates, and Yoga classes some additional fees. The regular ship activities include trivia, bingo, art auction, dance classes, hairy chest contests and mixology. Carnival Elation has big production shows by comedians and hypnotists at which people seemed to have great time. The top deck had a 9-hole mini golf area and a jogging track. At Carnival Elation, my husband and I had the best time of our life.
